Ø How can I join in NUS Mathematics Society?
If you are NUS undergraduate who have passion in mathematics and are willing to organize
events for students, then NUS Mathematics Society is the right place for you! Fill in the
application form attached in the website and email to nus.mathsoc@gmail.com. We will
inform you the time for your first round interview. For those who have passed the interview,
each applicant will give a 90 seconds speech during the AGM to become an EXCO members.
Ø What positions does NUS Mathematics Society 26th Executive Committee have and which are open for applicants?
In the main Executive Committee, we have President, Vice President (General), Vice
President (Administration), Event Manager, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer,
Assistant Treasurer, Public Relations Officer, Senior Advisor, Head of Publicity, and EXCO
members. Now the following positions are open for applicants:
• Vice President (General),
• Public Relations Officer,
• Honorary Treasurer,
• Assistant Treasurer,
• Honorary Secretary,
• Head of Publicity,
• Members (approx. 20)
Apart from the main Executive Committee, the 3 sub-committees are recruiting as well.

Ø What activities does NUS Mathematics organize?
In every academic year, NUS Mathematics Society will organize about 10 major events and
many intermediate and minor events to enrich students’ non-academic life. Some events are
organized in campus while others are held outside NUS, cooperating with external societies.
